Product and independence

MagicMachina Panel is a browser extension offering tools for supported websites, including YouTube. MagicMachina is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

Acceptable use

Use the extension lawfully and in accordance with applicable third-party website terms. Do not misuse the software, interfere with services, or attempt to bypass access controls.

Free and Pro access

Some features are free; premium features require a valid Pro license. The included features, price, renewal terms, and any restrictions are described on the product page and at checkout. A license covers the purchased product and plan, not all future MagicMachina products.

Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly plans may renew automatically until canceled. Billing, checkout, and subscription management are provided through Lemon Squeezy. Customers should review the exact terms presented at checkout and may use the billing-management options associated with their purchase to stop future renewals.

Founding Lifetime

Founding Lifetime provides eligible MagicMachina Panel Pro access for the supported lifetime of MagicMachina Panel, rather than for the customer's lifetime. It does not guarantee perpetual maintenance, support, or compatibility with future third-party platforms, and it does not include separate future MagicMachina products unless expressly stated.

Updates and temporary interruptions

We plan to improve the extension and add tools over time, but specific future features and release dates are not guaranteed. Updates to browsers or supported websites may temporarily disrupt functionality. We may investigate and provide fixes or workarounds. Please report issues to support; refunds and remedies are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Availability and liability

To the extent permitted by law, software is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Nothing here excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
