This policy explains the information handled by the current MagicMachina Panel browser extension and website.

Information stored in your browser

The extension uses browser extension storage to save preferences, panel and Buddy settings, saved video links and collections, and its own YouTube viewing-history records. These are extension-managed records, not a request to read your browser's full browsing history. Uploaded custom Buddy images may be saved as local data in extension storage. The extension can also export or import settings and saved data at your direction.

Supported website access

MagicMachina Panel runs on YouTube pages to provide its features and can read page information needed for media controls, saved videos, and viewing-history features. The extension is not affiliated with YouTube or Google.

Licenses and payments

When you activate or validate Pro access, the extension sends your license key and related license or device-instance information to Lemon Squeezy's licensing API. If you enter a purchase email during activation, it is used to match your license and can be stored locally with license details. Payments and customer billing information are handled by Lemon Squeezy under its own privacy terms; MagicMachina Panel does not collect payment card numbers.

Customer support

If you email us for support or refunds, we receive the information you include, such as your email address, order reference, and problem description, and use it to respond to your request.

Data sharing and retention

The inspected extension build does not automatically upload your locally saved video lists, collections, or extension history to a MagicMachina account server. License verification communicates with Lemon Squeezy. We do not sell extension browsing or saved-video data. Local extension information generally remains until you delete it or uninstall the extension, subject to browser behavior and backups. Information sent to payment and support providers is governed by their respective retention practices.

Your choices and security

You can clear saved items or extension history using available controls, manage stored settings, and uninstall the extension. We take reasonable steps to minimize data handling, but no software or transmission is completely risk-free.
